EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

It is important that the product to be returned retains its label, box, and resaleable condition and is packaged as received.

Returns of Used Products Will Be Canceled.

There are no returns for Personalized Products.

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.

If you inform us within 3 days from the date you received the product that you wish to exchange or return it, our team members will send you an MNG Cargo return tracking number.

Refund: If the products you return comply with the return conditions, refund transactions will be completed and sent to your bank within 10 business days. After the return, the amount is reflected on credit cards within an average of 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are made in installments due to bank procedures. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
